Barrina products are stocked in local warehouses in each of our main regions so you can shop with confidence and enjoy fast, reliable delivery. Our official website currently accepts orders from customers from these three main regions:

  • Canada 

  • Australia

⏱️ Order Processing

  • Most orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.

  • We carefully inspect, pack, and hand over every order with care so it arrives in excellent condition.

✨ On rare occasions, rough handling during transit may cause a light tube to arrive bent or damaged. If this happens, please don’t worry — just contact our official customer service team with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send you a replacement right away.

  • United States: Usually 3 – 7 business days (Free standard shipping)

  • Canada: Usually 3 – 5 business days (Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight)

  • Australia: Usually 5 – 9 business days (Free standard shipping)

Customers in remote or rural areas may need a little extra time.
